This yellow & ivory flowered baby headband was custom ordered for a very cute little girl. I was excited to get this order because I’d like to continue branching out into headbands for babies and toddlers– especially themed ones for upcoming holidays. I spoke to some of my friends and relatives who have babies and toddlers to find out the best way to design the headband so that it would be easy to put on and take off, stay on once it was on, and be comfortable for the baby wearing it. The elastic in this headband is specifically made for babies– it is super soft and the band is a little thicker which makes it easier to stay in place. I also added a velcro closure in the back to make it easier to put on and take off, and so that it can be adjusted to make it smaller or bigger if the elastic is too big or doesn’t stretch  far enough. I just loved making this headband, and I cannot wait to get the chance to make even more! Here are some pictures of the finished product:
